Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. Ensure all clients are greeted and given the utmost care and respect from the moment they enter the space until they leave.
  
• Sales and Clienteling: Assist clients on the floor, build relationships with new and recurring clients, and establish your own personal book of business. Provide a high touch and personalized approach to every client interaction.
  
• Product Knowledge: Become an expert on all things ByGeorge, from fashion to apothecary.
  
• Store Presentation: Maintain an impeccable visual standard at all times within the market space.

Qualifications:

• Previous luxury sales experience greatly preferred - retail and hospitality.
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and evenings.
